This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "SnapID" (hereinafter "the App") created by freeweb (hereinafter "the Service Provider"). This service is provided as a free service on an "as is" basis.
Information Collection and Use
We may collect the following information when you download and use the App:

• App visit pages, date and time, duration of stay

• Photo Data: To provide the ID photo generation feature, image data captured or uploaded by users is sent to a cloud server.

• Device ID: Individual device identifiers are used for user authentication and fraud prevention.
Note that the App does not collect precise location information (GPS, etc.) from mobile devices.
Third-Party Service Access
The App uses the following third-party services to improve services and deliver ads, and may send aggregated anonymous data. Please refer to each service's privacy policy below.

AdMob (Google)Used for ad delivery. Advertising identifiers (Advertiser ID) etc. may be collected.

AI Image Generation Service (Seedream / Byteplus)Image data is sent and processed for ID photo generation and editing. Processed data is used only for providing to users.
Information Disclosure
The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and collected information in the following cases:
- When required by law (e.g., compliance with subpoenas or similar legal proceedings)
- When we determine in good faith that it is necessary to protect rights, user or others' safety, investigate fraud, or respond to government agency requests
- When shared with trusted service providers who have agreed to comply with the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains user-provided data while you are
using the App and for a reasonable period thereafter.
Handling of Image Data: Images uploaded for ID
photo generation are temporarily processed on the server for
generation processing.
Data Deletion: If you wish to delete data
provided through the App, please contact
eerf0309+snapid@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
The Service Provider takes confidentiality seriously and
implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to
protect the information being processed and maintained.
Note that the App uses Device Authentication for
authentication, identifying users with Device IDs, but this does
not automatically collect personally identifiable information such
as names or addresses.
Children's Privacy
The Service Provider does not intentionally collect data from or market to children under 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted from the server immediately.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time for any reason. If changes are made, the new Privacy Policy will be posted on this page and notified. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all changes.
